Ooh, the second half of the chapter is just as good :)! I like how you put in an explanation of the castle and the way the country works WHERE IT'S RELEVANT, so that we know what's going on but it doesn't really interrupt the story flow. I think I have trouble with that (possibly because I get really deeply inside my characters' heads, so I mostly only write what they're thinking or experiencing). One question (I could probably look this up but I'm lazy XD and I might not find an answer easily), is the general setup of Vorpalith Castle the way a lot of medieval castles were set up, with a lot of people aside from the lord's family living inside it, or is that all your imagination? I'm not sure if I asked that in an understandable way... XD
Just the name Draven sounds evil! I'm scared of him now :D

Haha I don't mind being asked any questions lol! Yeah so a lot of medieval countries were set up that way definitely, but I don't think quite to the extent I've got in my book :)

(I wanna know about them I wanna know about them XD) I'm not sure I've actually made up many evil sounding names... maybe the best is Randar, though that one's a little complicated. (Trying to decide if I should say more... :D) Oh, on second thought it might be Sahketar. I'm not sure how evil it actually sounds, but it kind of gives me the shivers because of the person it goes with. It means 'impostor' in Turkish ;)
